1. Shop during the sales

You probably know that most shops in the country have a sale just after Christmas, but did you know that clothes are reduced online too? But that’s not all. A hugely popular American phenomenon that’s recently made its ways to British shores is Black Friday, which usually takes place at the end of November. Never heard of it? Listen up! For 24 hours, you can find big name brands and high street clothes at reduced prices; if you’re quick enough, you could get your Christmas presents at cheaper prices than on the UK high street. We tried it last year, and it was much easier than queuing up in the shops, so you should give it a go too. You can find everything from trousers to tops, shoes to shirts – just check with the shops beforehand if they’re reducing their swag for Black Friday. Good luck!

2. Use a voucher code

If you haven’t used a voucher code before, where have you been? These digital money-off coupons can bag you a significant saving when shopping for clothes online. Sounds complicated? It’s not – just enter your promotion code when prompted during the checkout process. The amount you can save will depend on the retailer, but expect incentives like free shipping, 2-for-1 offers, or 10 percent off your order. Remember: you need to be quick! Promo codes usually have short expiry dates so you need to act fast if you want to grab yourself a bargain! We’ve used these plenty of times before, and even if we have only saved a few pennies on our orders, they’re well worth it.

3. Sign up to mailing lists

Yes, no-one likes receiving junk mail, but signing up to the mailing lists could potentially save you hundreds of pounds. Don’t believe me? Here’s how it works: visit your favourite shopping websites, enter your email address, and receive the latest money-off discounts, promotions, and offers straight to your inbox. If you want to make your money go further, this is something you should consider. Oh, and don’t worry – you can always unsubscribe from a mailing list whenever you like! Here’s another tip: You can create a separate folder in your email account for all these messages to be delivered to so they won’t clutter your inbox.

4. Look for clearance stock

You all know, us at Bargain Crazy, we like to have a clear out and get rid of old stock or last season’s clothes. The good news for you? You could find goods at rock-bottom prices without doing much at all. Check the ‘Clearance’ or ‘Sale’ sections of your favourite sites or just any of the sections on our website (these options should be in the navigation menus somewhere) and have a good browse. If you’re a bargain-savvy shopper, check back on these pages on a regular basis – you never know what you might find!
